At Lucinda Sanford, our understanding of construction enhances our ability to offer a detailed – and sensible – interior design service. Good sense is married with style – we create unique, beautiful homes for each of our clients and work with them to achieve their goals.

We listen to clients’ aesthetic aspirations but also try to understand how they need to live in their home, to ensure it is practical and stands the test of time. We always take on board budget requirements.

No two homes we create are the same, but our modern classic style has a timeless quality. We aim to design homes that look as if they have ‘grown’ over time, rather than having been produced overnight.

Our concepts and designs are presented in various formats, subject to client requests, and our time is generally charged on a fixed fee basis. We can offer a full design service for clients requiring a ‘turnkey’ solution. Alternatively, we can assist clients who have ideas and concepts but who want a professional helping hand to bring everything together.
